Delegate Cancellation Policy
- ISLA will offer a refund less 50% of fees paid before January 1st, 2019
- Request for refunds must be made in writing and post-marked no later than January 1st, 2019
- Refunds will not be issued to non-show registrants.
- Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellation for a $50 administration fee.
